Ref: Forensic Audit Request for Implementation against
1) The Corporation for the Township of Puslinch (et al), and
2) The Corporation for the County of Wellington (et al)
Dear Sir,
I wish to seek guidance from you sir, pertaining to the very disturbing, at this point, “alleged” violations being committed, ongoing and past, of the Municipal Act and other Acts, by the named Corporations.
It is my intention to raise and file a petition with your office, per the Protocol of Pre-Requisites identified in the process, (i.e.) more that 50 signatories, all Taxpayers of Wellington County who desire a Forensic Audit to be conducted by your Ministry, related to fiscal and other discrepancies in the Protocol of responsible Government behaviour.
Your sister Ministries of the M.N.R., the M.O.E., the Attorney General’s Office (via O.P.P. Headquarters in Orillia) plus the Corporation for the City of Geulph, and the Corporation of Peel Region, amongst others, have very serious financial concerns with their financial interactions with the named Corporations, Wellington and Puslinch.
They are actively involved in understanding why there are these discrepancies. Would it not make sense to conduct one Forensic Audit, and cost avoid duplication of effort, at great cost to the Taxpayers?
Mr. Watson, I believe you have the authority to waive the Petition Process, based on evidence at hand. You can consult with your Ministerial colleagues for confirmation of their ongoing Investigations.
This has become a very volatile situation, which will culminate in costly Court cases. One way to avoid this Taxpayer funded cost in total would be to conduct (1) Forensic Audit, by your Governmental Agency, processed with the support of the Attorney General’s Office.
I would be pleased to receive your expedient response, to enable a professional Process, devoid of emotion, to fix this very serious problem.
Thank you
Bill Manderson
