County Taxpayers - You have paid in excess of 1/2 Million dollars for this stone Taj Mahal, to house one (1) employee - no residency! The previous tenant of 15 years was evicted. The tenant fought eviction through three (3) Ontario Housing Tribunals plus one (1) Divisional Court Hearing which found in favour of the tenant (3-0). The County withheld the Court Decision from the public and County Council. On record of Case Law Registration for Lawyer reference.

The Official Grand Opening of the Little Tract Tree Nursery

The joys of spring have returned at last to Puslinch Township. Just in time for the Smelly-Welly.com team of reporters, without R.S.V.P. Invitations, to attend the Official Opening of the Little Tract Tree Nursery, on County Road 34 in Puslinch.
God blessed the occasion by providing a “perfect day” for the culmination of a (deleted)! All of the perpetrators, well, except those who already been dispatched by the “Big Presbyterian” (I have that on authority, myself being a “pure bred Scot,” inclusive of accent!) were invited guests, and did dutifully attend!
As a “side prop” we had (2) school buses containing our most precious assets, the well behaved little darlings who set the back drop to the most perfect photo op ever devised by any politician! Transparency at its best!
The future Township historians will bless the memory of the occasion marked by the impressive plaques naming names, some even oblivious to the necessity for their inclusion, only to cover up the non oblivious by increased numbers. An old trick but again a proven one! We never seem to learn! Those future historians will cherish the site as a reminder from past history, what can happen if we ignore the lessons of history, resulting in the repeat of the historic disasters of the past.
I refer, of course, to the costly episode in County history, in both dollar amount (Taxpayers) and the emotional destruction of the quality of life of the Tenant Family, Sage, the last County administered occupants, and arguably, responsible “Custodians” of the Little Tract property. This love by the Sage Family is evident in the manner in which they cultivated and nurtured the whole property, inclusive of the deteriorating farmhouse!
For the record, this issue is still being challenged for Criminal behaviour brought down upon the innocent and trusting Good Folks by certain named members of County Council and Staff, thus violating Section 122 of the Criminal Code, Breach of Trust by an Official. This Code Section carries no Statue of Limitation Restrictions, permitting the Smelly-Welly.com Investigation Team to create a slam-dunk case similar to the recently forced Guilty Plea in the TransX/M.O.E. Affair.
To conclude our report on the photo-op, propaganda “smoke and mirror” amateur theatrics of the Gala Official Opening of the Tax, Slush Funded “Idea” which mysteriously became a Multi-Million dollar “Budget Item.” A question of how and why, we file the following, supported on our site with nice colour photographs to support our script.
The Smelly-Welly.com reporters witnessed a widespread array of obvious photo-op props in the “Invited Guest List,” R.S.V.P. if you will, which made up 30% of the attendees, excluding, of course, the prop kids from the (2) school buses - nice touch! Another 60% were made up of County Council Members, Staff, Junior Staff, Township Staff and the usual Township hangers on (ending with a presentation!) Bad grammar, but whose to know?
30% plus 60% equals 90%, well it did in the 1940’s when I attended school, of course it was not in Canada, but go figure!
The 10% balance was a strange mixture of the curious street people who heard of the free lunch, which incidentally was over-catered, in anticipation of the last minute realization by the Public, especially local in Puslinch, that this Gala was indeed public, and God forbid if we didn’t provide enough food! “Make it available and they will come!” proved not applicable to this event which was treated with contempt by the small majority of blind allegiance residents of Puslinch, who had just been informed of the 2008 Tax Hike by the Township Council.
The truthful disturbing facts of this Little Tract (deletion) is that it was committed by a team of uncaring, greedy individuals whose sole purpose in the County Organization is not to serve the people of Wellington County. The facts will, I guarantee you, cause much anger and frustration towards those in whom we have placed our trust.
Misappropriation of Public Funding, under any condition, is Criminal, but it is much more that this, it is a “Personal Rape” of unsuspecting victims, the most cowardly and despicable act anyone could experience as a victim, personalized by Mr. and Mrs. Patrick Sage and Family, inclusive of the whole Taxpaying population of Wellington County.
